Jal cyclone - a violent cyclonic storm expected to reach Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh coast between Nellore Pondicherry and around Chennai today (November 7, 2010) in the night.

Jal cyclone remained nearly stationary and was centered at 0230 hours EST today November 7, 2010, in terms lat.11.00N southwest Bay of Bengal short and long term. 84.00E approximately 400 km north of Trincomalee (Sri Lanka), 450 km south of Chennai and 600 km south of Nellore.
