Erika Christensen made his stage debut at age 11, playing with Serendipity Company and Pasadena Dance Theatre. Gifted in both singing, dancing and comedy, it turns especially in the music video "Childhood" by Michael Jackson. It appears for the first time at the cinema in 1997 in the family comedy Leave It to Beaver , Andy Cadiff. It radically changes the registry in 2000 when Steven Soderbergh chose her to play the girl drugged by Michael Douglas in Traffic. Role which will inform the public and for which she won the MTV Movie Award 2001 for Best Female Newcomer. After taking the top billing in the thriller Swimf @ n John Polson in 2001 and play in the Sixties Sex Fan with Susan Sarandon and Goldie Hawn, Erika Christensen alongside Scarlett Johansson in The Perfect Score, Brian Robbins. She appeared in The Upside of Anger, opposite Kevin Costner. She plays one of four daughters of Joan Allen with other rising stars of Hollywood like Keri Russell and Alicia Witt. The young actress is continuing its prestigious collaborations in Flight Plan , where she co-starred with Jodie Foster.
