Well, it looks like Miley Cyrus was right: she can’t be tamed. Her latest video “Who Owns My Heart?” has raised the ire of the Parents Television Council, which ironically is a group that has Miley’s father Billy Ray Cyrus on its Advisory Board. Perhaps they forgot to run their official statement by the elder Cyrus before issuing: ”It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexuality video like this one. It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly.” Take a look at the video next and tell us if you think they are overreacting or dead on
