This is a story for all of you Taylor Swift fans who are eagerly awaiting the debut of her new album, Speak Now. In order to up the ante and hype-up the hype surround the new music, one new song will be released per week until the October 25th official release. That means 3 brand spankin’ new tracks will be yours for the listening — or the buying, via iTunes — asap. Right now the plan is for Back to December to be available on October 12th and Mean is on for October 19th… again, just in time for the entire album to be ready on the 25th.
For now, the title song Speak Now has already hit us, and Swift recently said it was inspired by a friend’s situation where she thought she was about to get back together with her childhood sweetheart, only to have him say that he’s engaged to someone else. Another song about love from the Taylor is what the doctor ordered! Keep in mind that we’ve already heard Mine — yep, I think I know it be heart from it being on repeat in my car — and Taylor sang Innocence at this year’s MTV VMAs… so how are you feeling about the album Speak Now? Are you already excited, disappointed or are you waiting to make a judgment?
