It was quite the season that Joe Paterno and Penn State Nittany Lions would have liked.

The losses in the conference rivals Iowa and Illinois over the past two weeks have not brought the confidence Penn State until it penetrates the flesh of his list, not a week 2, then the loss No. 1 Alabama.
If Penn State can not change things, surely we will hear calls for Paterno's head again.
November 13 coming against top-ranked Ohio State and a regular season game against the interminable No. 13 Michigan State, Penn State breaks nothing more.
