Not sue in U.S. court on bin laden

Washington. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said that Al-Qaeda kingpin Osama bin Laden will not run on any U.S. court case. Because it cannot survive being caught.

He said that bin Laden would not be any U.S. court. The reason is that either he will kill Americans or his own people will kill him.
