Actress Barbara Billingsley Dies

Barbara Billingsley, who played one of the most memorable mothers on television on "Leave It to Beaver," died today. She was 94.

Barbara, who suffered from rheumatoid disease, died at his home in Santa Monica, reports the New York Post.

Born Barbara Lillian Combes, discovered his love for acting like a child when she plays in plays in elementary school. As an adult, has won numerous film roles during the 1940s and 1950s - but finally won star status when she won the role of June Cleaver in "Leave it to Beaver."

Barbara has been the type to heaven after his interpretation of the beautiful, charming and charismatic June Cleaver, but the actress did not mind the screen.

"Today, some people, is associated with the role of a (June Cleaver), and it is difficult to do anything" once revealed. "But for me, was an honor."

Married three times, she and her physician husband, Bill married third in 1959 and remained together until his death in 1981 Mortenson. She leaves two son, three stepchildren and several grandchildren.
