Auburn VS LSU Football 2010 Final Game Scores and Results

Auburn VS LSU Football Final Game Scores – This college football game between Auburn Tigers and LSU Tigers is over. Auburn defeated LSU with the final score of 24-17.

The LSU Tigers are playing against Auburn Tigers on the 8th week of the NCAA College Football this October 23, 2010. This football game is being held at the Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Alabama and this started at 3:30 PM ET.

Live coverage of this college football game is available on CBS channel.

According to Les Miles, McNeese State’s passing game is not a threat for LSU.

The Tigers will be playing away Auburn who are currently fifth this Saturday. The coach still believes that LSU will not give Auburn an easy time. This is despite their poor record of 103 yardage in passing and no touchdown via the air against any team in the Football Championship Subdivision.

LSU (7-0, 4-0 SEC) were able to draw away to get a 32-10 win against McNeese last Saturday. However, the offense seemed not to be at their best.

The Tigers played their third consecutive game with the double quarterback system with Jordan Jefferson and Jarrett Lee but only managed two touchdowns. They were also able to lead by only six points till Michael Ford score from a late run in the 3rd quarter. Their last TD, which was the fourth one, was until ninety seconds were remaining.

Miles believed that Jefferson and Lee had the ability to perform even better. They might have been better were it not for their game-play that was about controlling the ball and a running game.
